National registers for professionals in passenger transport & travel

People working in the passenger transport sector play an important role, however there has been no simple and consistent way for employees to show that they have been through the right training and are qualified to do their job.

To raise awareness of the career opportunities available in passenger transport and the levels of professionalism needed to work effectively in the industry, People 1st is introducing a voluntary Licence to Practise initiative. By taking part in the scheme, individuals will have a unique way to demonstrate that they have gained the appropriate qualifications and training to carry out their role.
